Armstrong LiftMagTM NL-B lifting magnet is manufactured and certified in line with ASME usual B30.20. NL-B series permanent lifting magnets the use of high energy Neodymium magnets are designed and made for holding, carrying and releasing flat or round ferrous parts with none electrical power supply. They attract flat or round ferrous parts by turning its Take care of counterclockwise to “On” position and release the parts at “Off” position. For more safety, a special device (Slide Pin) locks the Take care of at “On” position and assists in keeping the lifter having lift power until operator unlocks it. Warning: The Lifting Capacity would be derated for thinner plates, greater air gap, higher carbon content within the steel plate and elevated operating temperature.
